After selecting their desired services, customers receive a printed token that lists the chosen services. You can also include additional information on the token for customers to keep. Qbot tokens are capable of supporting multiple languages.

Step 2 - Take a Token

Customers should keep an eye on the announcements or the display for queue updates. The AI-powered announcement system is capable of making announcements in any language.

Step 3 - Wait for Token Announcement

For a single service, customers will visit the counter that called for their token. If multiple services are selected, their token number will be called according to the desired sequence. After being served at one counter, the customer will be automatically queued for the next service.

Step 4 - Visit Counter
